What we delivered
Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
- Developed new video ad creatives (with English and Indonesian captions) that were included in the video ads promoting the Hong Kong and Bangkok events
- Showcased key elements of previous MegaShow events, featuring captions overlayed on the videos and text included in standard ad formats
Utilized custom and lookalike audiences based on companies who had attended previous MegaShow events - Served ads to lead generation forms and also to a specific campaign specific landing page we designed and wrote in Indonesian
- Developed new video ad creatives (with English and Indonesian captions) that were included in the video ads promoting the Hong Kong and Bangkok events


LinkedIn Ads
- Developed new video ad creatives (with English and Indonesian captions) that were included in the news feed video ads promoting the Hong Kong and Bangkok events
- Created and ran LinkedIn InMail Conversation Ads campaign to promote the events to profiles in specific industries to target as potential exhibitors and visitors
- Campaigns also retargeted user profiles who had attended previous year events
- Served ads to lead generation forms and also a campaign specific landing page in Indonesian
- Developed new video ad creatives (with English and Indonesian captions) that were included in the news feed video ads promoting the Hong Kong and Bangkok events
Key Results
- The Meta Ads campaigns resulted in a total of 599 enquiries being collected, 383 Exhibitor enquiries and 216 visitor enquiries
- The overall cost per enquiry from Facebook & Instagram Ads was approximately $5.92 (USD)
- Through LinkedIn Ads, generated a total of 40 enquiries, with 22 for Mega Show HK and 18 for Mega Show Bangkok
- LinkedIn Ads campaigns generated enquiries at a cost per lead of approximately 78 USD
